Sr. Architectural Visualizer

Qualification

– Male 20-32 yrs
– Bachelor of Architecture (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
– Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
– A creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics
– Strong work ethic, team collaboration, and quick adaptability to new challenges
– Minimum of 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D visualizations for interior, exterior, architectural projects, and landscapes
Develop and apply detailed textures and materials for photorealistic renders
Use V-Ray or Corona Renderer to produce stunning final outputs
Collaborate with the design and modeling team to ensure project alignment with client requirements
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Work closely with clients and team members to refine visual outputs as needed
Any other tasks assigned by the management

Software Skills

Advanced proficiency in:

3ds Max
V-Ray
Corona Renderer
Adobe Substance Painter/Designer
AutoCAD

Nice-to-Have

Experience with real-time rendering tools such as Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Lumion, or D5 Render.

Skills

Expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering
Ability to create realistic textures and materials for various surfaces
Knowledge of lighting, composition, and color grading to enhance visual quality
Proficiency in interpreting CAD drawings, blueprints, and concept sketches to produce accurate visualizations
