Is every request guaranteed a free sample?
No. This is a limited complimentary offer for suitable commercial projects. We review reference quality, fit, complexity and current studio availability before confirming a sample.
What exactly will I receive?
The deliverable depends on your selected service and source files. It is usually one focused model, render, optimization test or short motion study created for quality evaluation, not a complete production asset.
Can I upload CAD or existing 3D files?
Yes. The prototype accepts images, PDF, DWG, DXF, ZIP, OBJ, FBX, GLB, GLTF and MAX project files, up to 100 MB each. A reference-link field is provided for larger packages.
Can the sample be used commercially?
The sample is intended for internal quality evaluation. Commercial usage, editable source delivery and production licensing should be agreed separately in a full-project proposal.
What happens after I submit?
Your submission triggers an email notification for the 4DVIZ review team. They assess the materials and contact you by business email to confirm fit, exact scope and next steps.
Is the displayed delivery date guaranteed?
No. It is a possible delivery estimate calculated in business days. The schedule starts only after 4DVIZ confirms the sample, its exact scope and that the submitted files are usable.
